A LittleBitta 'Bout Us
We are fortunate to live close enough to Las Vegas, Nevada to have all the conveniences of a 24 hour town, but far enough away to enjoy our country lifestyle. (Moapa is about an hour north of Las Vegas.)
At LittleBitta Luck Farms we spend the lion share of our day working with our dogs. We show in both AKC and UKC conformation and enjoy competing in AKC Obedience, Rally, and Hunt Test. In our down time we enjoy very casually doing a little Dock Diving (especially when it's 120 degrees outside!), Barn Hunt and Fast Cat. Above all else, our dogs are family. Rarely, if ever, do we not have at least one of them with us, regardless of what we're doing or where we're going. When it's time to turn in for the night, it's a race to get to the bedroom first to claim the best spot on the bed!
We strive to produce puppies as close to the ideal of their breed standard as possible. We spend countless hours carefully selecting parents for our litters, and many more hours raising the puppies while painstakingly selecting new families for the puppies who will not be staying with us. Our Golden Retrievers have OFA hip and elbow clearances, yearly eye exams and cardiologist heart clearances. They are genetically tested, at a minimum for PRCD, PRA GR1, PRA GR2, DM, NCL5 and Ichthyosis 1 and 2.
We do not anticipate having any Mini Puppies in the foreseeable future.
