What a great day for LittleBitta Luck Farms at the Bonneville Basin show! Kasen and Rum's first time out as a Special and they take Best of Breed to earn their 1st trip to the Group Rings where they take a Group 2 & Owner Handler Group 1 then Owner/Handler Best in Show!!! Great work team Rum!

Rum finished with an impressive weekend of 3 Best of Winners and then a Best of Breed!!! Congrats Kasen on your first Champion!! Thank you Janice for taking him, and us, on this quick, yet wonderful journey! Thank you Cheryl for sending him to us. And to everyone else that helped team Rum along the way!!

We had a great day at the Claremont, California UKC Show. Skeeter earned her Champion title with a Group 2 and Group 3 win and also earned 2 obedience legs and her SPOT-ON title (AKC CGC Equivalent). Kami also earned her SPOT-ON title and a Best Champion and Group 2 in the 1 show she was entered in. Rum won Best Champion 2 times for 2 wins towards his Grand Champion as well as Reserve Best Champion 2 times. Kasen also won Best Junior Handler 3/4 shows.

I am still reeling this morning about Raven finishing the weekend going Best of Breed over several specials for another 5 points, bringing her to 12 points this weekend!! At this rate, she'll get to come home to sleep on the air conditioner vents in no time :) Thank you Janice for showing her to her potential, to Judy for allowing her to come live with us.

Kami gave me an early Mother's Day present by going Best in Show today at the UKC Show 2 in Las Vegas! She also earned a group one and a long look for Best in Show at Show 1. Vegas won Best of Breed and a group 2 at show 1, and Rum won best of breed and a group 2 and show 2. Lucille showed like a champ and both judges complimented her and said what a nice puppy she is and how far she'll go. Kasen also won best Juniors at both shows.

At the Silver State Kennel Club Match Vegas went BOB and Group 2, Kami went BOB and Group 2 and Lucille went BOB Puppy and Group 2 Puppy. Kasen was Best Junior Handler. All in all, a great match for us! Resident photographer Ralph was busy being Dad, but did get a few cute candids.

Hooorrraaayy!! The Therapy Dog Internation ID cards for Maverick, Kami, and Wilson have arrived! So excited to get to start making visits soon!!

On Friday February 19th, Mav went Reserve Best in Show and Lucille went Best Puppy in Show! On Saturday, Lucille went back to back Best Puppy in Show at Show 1 and Show 2, Maverick went Group 1 in Show 1 and Group 2 in Show 2, Vegas went Group 2 in Show 1 and Rum went Group 1 in Show 2. On Sunday, Vegas went Group 1 in Show 1 and Group 3 in Show 2 to finish her Champion title. Maverick went Group 1 in Show 1 and Group 2 in Show 2, and thoroughly enjoyed being Junior Handled by both Sutton and Lucien. Lucille went Best Puppy in Show 1 to bring her win tally to 4 out of 5 Best Puppy in Show for the weekend. Kasen and Rum won Best Junior Handler in Show 1 and Show 2. Overall, a very successful, fun filled weekend!!

Maverick, Kami, and M2's UKC Champion Certificates arrived today! M2 is our first bred-by Champion. AND Rum finished the #9 UKC Miniature American Shepherd of 2015!

Today Kami and Maverick passed their Therapy Dog International Test (with both Ralph and I) and after 10 visits, will have both their Therapy Dog and their Canine Good Citizen titles. Wilson also passed his test with Cody. A good start to the New Year indeed!

We had entirely too much fun at the show and go. Emmie went Best Puppy in Match, Kami went Reserve Best In Match, and I was awarded Best Adult Handler. Maverick just hung out and convinced Britta to love on him since he's already a GCH. Emerson loved the stuffed puppy prizes the best! As usually Ralph was amazing about playing with Em so I could have some much needed me time! I think he enjoyed the afternoon in the park too though! I can't think of a better way to spend a beautiful fall day than outside with our furry friends, human friends and good food.

Raven and Rum's UKC Champion Certificates arrived today. Both of them earned them in just one weekend of showing, with Raven going Best in Show one of the days and Rum going Reserve Best in Show another day!

This past weekend we jumped in to the UKC show ring and are excited to announce that in addition to Raven's Best In Show on Friday and Rum's Reserves Best in Show on Saturday, both Rum and Raven earned their UKC Champion titles!! Our homebred little girl M2 (AKA Emmie) made her debut in the show ring with a bang too. She was such a trooper, showing in 4 UKC shows in 2 days, and then going on to win Best Puppy in Match at the Silver State Kennel Club B Match under ASCA and AKC Judge Schorr, who was very complementary of her. At the match, both Kami and Raven won Group 1 as well. The Golden children each won their respective UKC classes, with Kami winning Breed and Group 1 at both of the shows on Saturday and Maverick winning Breed and Group 1 at both of the shows on Sunday. We are very proud of all of our furry friends and looking forward to the AKC show in Primm this weekend. Thank you to everyone who trusted us with their lines and helped us along the way!

We enjoyed the 4th of July and the first weekend of Full AKC Recognition at the Venture, CA show. Raven won Reserve Winner's Bitch and Kasen handled Rum beautifully!

We are very proud of how well Kasen and Rum are doing! The Seaside ASC Show was only their 2nd show and they won Reserve Junior and came back the next day to win Best Junior.
